Who doesn’t love hot dogs in the park?

hotdogsMonkey dog and Tony Soprano dog were troopers on a hot day through the state park yesterday.
Had to snap a pic on one of our water and rest breaks.   I didn’t realize their little tongues could stick out so far.

For these hot dogs, I am grateful.

What are you grateful for today?

  1. They are so totally adorable and indeed something to be grateful for. I am grateful for my little man every day. They are such treasures and such a pleasure to have around. 😀 Great shot and thanks for sharing hon. 😀 *hugs*

  2. My dog had a heat stroke incident one morning last week — we were on a walk and he suddenly stopped panting, acted disoriented, took a wobbly step and “lost his legs.” Thanks to the grace of the cosmos, this happened in the front yard of a neighbor who immediately brought out the ice and towels. After about 10 minutes, Pippin was ready to walk home. It was morning and not that hot, but the humidity was intense. I learned a lesson.

  3. I am soooo grateful for a quintessential hot summer long weekend after a wet cold spring. I am also grateful to be house sitting at a beautiful property on a river with a pool and 2 adorable cats and access to a pottery studio. Bliss.
