What miracles have you noticed — or forgotten to notice — around you lately?  I took this photo from my car window on the way home from Steamboat. The whitest mountains follow the Continental Divide, which separates the water that drains into the Pacific and the waters that drain into the Atlantic oceans.  Call me a nerd (which I’m okay with), but that’s just cool.  Never-mind the fact that I can snap a photo that cool with my phone which is not much bigger than a deck of cards.

Random fact: Albert didn’t like to wear socks.  This went with his overall disheveled look and uncombed hair. He thought socks were a hassle since shoes already seemed to serve the same purpose. Whether at the White House or out sailing, he went sockless.
